Twilling Stitch

Years ago a cousin taught me how to embroider a pillow top using what she called the twilling stitch. I completed the pillow. Now about 20 years later I would like to incorporate the twilling stitch in a crazy quilt, but low and behold, I have forgotten how to do it. I've done some research and found a stitch called the palestrina stitch. Can you tell me if that is also the twilling stitch?

The twilling stitch is not the palastrinian stitch. If you contack the Attic Windows quilt shop they have a lady there who is teaching the class and also has some books on it. I bought one today. She does wonderful work.

Yes, all the references I have found show it as another name for Palestrina stitch.
