Before you buy

How do I get my pattern after I buy?

As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get a link to download your pattern as a PDF. There's nothing to wait for in the post, and you can save it to your computer, tablet or phone.

What format are the patterns in?

Every pattern is a PDF. You can open it on any device with a free PDF reader, and print it at home if you would rather stitch from paper.

Which skill level are they for?

There's something for every stage. Each pattern tells you whether it suits a confident beginner or a more experienced stitcher, and the charts come with full instructions so you're never left guessing.

Can I get help if I get stuck?

Yes. The site is full of free stitch tutorials and step-by-step guides, and you're always welcome to get in touch if something isn't clear.

Do I have to set up an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest. Just pop in your email address so I can send your download link, and that's it.
