100% cotton denim, DMC threads
From looking at pictures of flowers the balanced bloom was abandoned. No identical five petal flowers are intentionally made. Petal lengths vary. Straight stitches connect the anchoring end of several detached chain stitches to the center of the lazy daisy being created.
Various greens were used while the yellow and orange blossoms stayed in the same slew of colors. All stitches used here are both easy and favored.
Stitching was done without a hoop. Hand work is easier to carry around. There are no hoop edges left in the fabric. On cotton denim jeans the occasional pucker is rarely noticed when the garment is being worn.
