Instead of Skirtex...

I'm pretty sure I'll have an easier time using almost any type of iron-on "stiffener" than Skirtex. There are different iron-on products often times used with machine appliques, quilt appliques, etc. They have different stiffness, different thicknesses, etc. That's what I'm planning to use in my project.
