stole?

My sister and best friend will both graduate from the ministry program (a very long process). I would like to find someone to make each of them a wedding stole. I thought I could take up this wonderful needlework but clearly do not have the patience or time or energy. So I wonder where I could find someone to make one and what would you guess the charge would be?
