Slight yellowish stain on Aida Cloth

I have completed a very complex cross stitch, only to find that somewhere onlong the line, a yellowish stain appeared in one area only. I do not remember spilling anything on it or putting it on something that was wet or would stain as it is a gift. Any other suggestions?
