Re-creation Embroidery

That is re-creation not recreation as in play. I love to run paper-backed cotton cloth through my printer to print a beautiful picture on the cloth. Then I mount and stretch the cloth in a frame and embroider over the photo to "re-create" it. Sorry the photos are not in sharp focus, I only have a cheap camera that will not take clear close-ups, but I think you can still see what i am talking about.

Michy, What a lovely idea! I have embroidered over the pattern that was already printed onto fabric, but have not printed it on there in this manner before.
