What is Coral without Pearl? I love the silver shawl, it is so elegant. I did the earrings in iridescent purple. Now I have the happy dilemma of what to stitch next!

My first piece

I just started this piece today with black thread, purple thread, and a blue/silver ,etallic thread and its looking good so far.
I am also using Forget-me-not evenweave fabric too.
This is my first black work design like this (done small initals) and I luv it!

Framing

I'm leaving the framing to my daughter, definately triple matted to accomodate the beads, and a custom frame due to the size of the design. I will suggest to her to use silver for the innermost matte, then maybe a shade of plum, then black for the top matte. I'm seeing the frame as being black. But it will be her call.
