looking for instructions for a bargello kit

I have lost instructions for a Bargello needlework kit I bought in 1982!!! It has different yarn and thread to create the effect of waves washing in and sand with small shells you glue to the canvas. I recently found this in my belongings and have it about 1/3 finished and would like to finish the project. The colors of the yarn are light with whites, beiges etc.

Any help on this will be apprecitated. The needlework shop where I purchased it in Houston has closed.
