How to turn corners in Hardanger cable stitch.

I just cannot figure out how to turn the corners when doing the cable stitch. I can only find the one picture on how to do it and for some reason I just do not get it.

Can anyone please help me. Pictures would be best but any help will be appreciated.

Yvonne I used cable stitch on the front of my hardanger owl pattern. Below is the diagram that I drew for in that design. It only shows the first double row, normally in cable stitch you would then repeat this so that the centre row is doubled.



Maybe the numbering will help you.
