how can I remove a stubborn stain

I have had a puppy "puddle" on my embroidery and I didn't discover it until it had dried. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to remove the stain?

Thank you I will try it. It is a vintage piece so do you think I should dilute the vinegar?

How to remove puppy puddle

Please try using white vinegar. That's what is recommended for puppy puddles on the carpet. It has always worked for me and didn't leave a stain.
