cross stitch baby bib

I am almost finished with a baby bib that I cross stitched. Any idea how to back it so it can actually be used and not ruined?

Thanks

FOOTNOTE to my reply. I would not wash Glitter Thread or Printed Fabric at such a high temperature!

I would either purchase Terry Towel material or an ordinary cotton material and seam binding and use that. Bibs do get stained but items with embroidery on as long as it is good quality thread such as the brand names DMC and Anchor can be washed at 95 degrees, it does say so on the label and I have done it!

I would back it with terry cloth and bind the edges with seam binding. However, if a baby wears it while eating, it WILL get stained. Take a picture of the baby wearing it, right as you first put it on. Baby things are fun to stitch, so whimsicle :)
