Converting 30 count linen to 14 count aida

I am cross stitching again after 20 years and there is so much new out there!!

I have found a sampler that I want to do and it calls for 30 count linen. My eyes are not too good and I have arthritis so I find that the 14-count aida is easier for me. How do I do this??? Thank you so much for any help. Marsha Walker
