charting letter designs for verses

I am hoping to find a computer program where I can input words/verses/ sentences and the computer program will show these in chart form, and be able to show how the letters/words will look in different styles. Very much like on a computer, when you key in words, then highlight them and change the font. Only I am looking for the computer program that can chart the letters for me on varying size cross stitch fabrics. Is there such a program (or 2) available?
