can you tell me where I can find a pattern?

Years ago my mom who is gone now hand made an embroidered quilt for my youngest son, using a little boy in the squares. Now that son is married, and has a little boy of his own, and I would like to hand embroider one for him. But over the years the patterns got lost so I was wondering if you could tell me where I might find one, so that I could download it on my computer?
