How many strands of floss do I use when stitching? Using 1 full floss or 6 strands is too thick. The kit does not specify how many strands to use when stitching. The canvas is 18 mesh interlock.

Hi,

I just wanted to set the record straight by stating that I do not supply Bucilla designs. I agree that if you are going to produce a kit with a large number of colours then they need to be pre-sorted so that stitching can be started straight away.

my mom purchased this product recently. it has literally taken days (in various sources of light), for FOUR! of us to seperate and indentify the assorted thread colors. Besides the absurdity and inaccuracy of the names given to the colors, i find it unforgivable this has not come packaged with the threads separated and labeled already. As i assume much of your customer base is older, with possibly decreased vision, it is testament to your frugality, and you should be ashamed of your cheapness with the production of this overpriced annoyance you call craft. my mom is skilled and i'm sure it will be beatiful when she's finished, with no thanks to you. again i stress, you all should be ashamed of this.
