Advice on frames/hoops

I am wanting to do some embroidery and pulled thread work on a large piece of fabric (tablecloth size) that includes some work very close to the edges. I am wanting to know what kind of frame/hoop to use that will accommodate the large fabric and the work close to the edges, and will keep the right amount of tension in fine/thin fabric.
